Shrimp Zoodle Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 8oz Wild Caught Shrimp (approximately 12 shrimp)
  • 1 Winter Squash
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • 1 Tablespoon Crushed Garlic
  • 1oz Feta Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Basil
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Directions:

  1. Peel & devein shrimp set aside in a separate dish
  2. Using zoodler, zoodle the squash & zucchini & mix together in a mixing bowl
  3. Slice pepper & red onion into thin sections & add to mixing bowl
  4. Add to mixing bowl
  5. Chop basil into chunkey pieces or as fine as you like, your preference
  6. Line skillet with olive oil or olive oil spray for a healthier option
  7. Add mixing bowl ingredients to a skillet to medium heat. Add sea sale & pepper to taste & saute for 5-10 minutes. Add shrimp & cook another 5-7 minutes adding basil towards the end. Ensure the shrimp is cooked by turning over twice during the 5-7 minutes.
  8. Once this is done, simply put it into your favorite bowl or dish and sprinkle the feta on top with extra fresh basil!
