The 3-Month Freya Method Nutrition Plan is a 12-week program for women professionals who thrive in all aspects of their life, so they are seeking optimal vitality plus connection to their bodies… minus the burnout, fatigue and weight-gain. 20-Minute
Talkshops

A combination of an educational talk and interactive workshop, so women can build a foundation of vitality for themselves, as well as take part in hands-on experience with the foundational practices. For each month, we will be working on a specific segment of your health. These video segments answer many of the questions you may have about that specific topic, so you can understand clearly how it relates to your health and incorporate what you’ve learned into the program itself.

Each week we will meet for a 15-minute coaching call to answer specific questions, support any struggles or challenges that you may be coming across, and celebrate your wins (you will have them!)

Nutrition Coaching Consults

Personalized nutrition coaching calls so you can meet your individual health goals. This call is to deep-dive into current symptoms, goals, test results, or any alterations that need to be made. During this call, it is your time to get underneath the nitty gritty of your symptoms. Will this program include any testing?

Yes, the Freya method will include one test that is applicable to you, up to $199. Tests typically range from $125 – $499.

I am only interested in weight-loss. Is this program for me?

If you are mainly interested in weight-loss, I recommend the 30-Day Freya Method Quick Start. The Freya Method Deep Dive is for those that want not only weight-loss, but a full transformative healing process with small, bite-sized info that is easy to digest and compact enough to take home with you.

Are supplements included?

Supplements are not included, but will conservatively be recommended.

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is a holistic approach derived from India. I like to combine highlights of this practice with science so it’s balanced with not only a functional approach, but with beauty and creativity as well.
