About Natalie

I have a lifelong background in the areas of nutrition and health, with a Masters of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport to practice as a Clinical Nutritionist, CNS. I am also currently certified as a Corporate Wellness Consultant from the Corporate Health & Wellness Association with a focus on organizational psychology.

Living in New York City for over 20 years, it has been my passion to maximize the culture of well-being within organizations nationwide, by combining my years working in a corporate environment with integrative health that is practical, sustainable, and results-oriented. I also specialize in working with women in leadership who want optimum resiliency, vitality, and a nurtured lifestyle using nutrition, lifestyle, diagnostic testing and stress management techniques.

As an employee engagement speaker and leader, I am responsible for developing and identifying the right strategic wellness initiatives to educate, engage, and empower leadership executives within your organization. My passion truly is to empower professionals through better health and to create an impactful space for organizations to experience the benefits of living a healthy and happy life, as well as integrate productivity and value within a collaborative environment.

Outside of work, my other areas of interest include cooking, yoga, fashion and design, international travel, and hiking with my little Maltese, Disco.

I currently reside in Laguna Beach, California.
