Body & Nutrition Testing

The nutrition tests I implement include hormonal testing using the Dutch Test from Precision Analytics – the #1 hormonal health test nationwide for the last three years, the OATS (Organic Acids Test) to assess mitochondrial function, HPA-Axis function, bacterial markers (SIBO) and candida or yeast markers (SIFO), as well as metal toxicity tests and more. These tests are complimented with Ayurvedic questionnaires and quizzes that assess your body personality-type or your ‘Dosha’, to make a well-rounded profile for you and to create the best integrative plan of action.

Is this a diet?

In essence, this is a blueprint for a lifestyle. This is about macronutrients and timing of your meals to reduce cravings, overeating or calorie restricting. I provide you with a roadmap, and we discuss the foods that you will include within that roadmap. There will be tweaks that are unique to you along the way, because this is also customized to fit your profile and not a one-size-fits-all program.

Are recipes included?

Each week I will send you recipes that are a good option for you to try that are a good stepping stone for learning how to eat for hormonal health and autoimmune disorders. Along with any recipes, I also share weekly mindfulness tips for mindset and sleep.

Are diagnostic tests included in the program?

Tests are not included, but I can assure you they are worth every effort and investment to take the guesswork out of your healing journey.

How much should I expect to spend on tests?

Tests run between $125 – $499.

What if I want to continue working with you after 30-days?

I usually recommend working together for 3 months, since there is a maintenance plan to be implemented once you reach your initial goals.
