4oz ground turkey (organic)
2oz red onion (diced)
2oz cauliflower rice
4oz broccoli (heads)
4oz carrots (peel and chop)
1 tsp olive oil or spray
1/2 TBSP Tzatziki
2 TBSP Fresh Dill
1 tsp Tamari
1 TBSP Nutritional Yeast (optional)
Umami Mushroom Seasoning
Pinch of garlic salt or powder
Heat pan on medium heat, lightly spray with olive oil. Sautee veggies adding sea salt, pepper, umami mushroom seasoning, garlic powder or salt (fresh garlic is also great). cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add turkey and all other spices except for the dill. Sautee another 10 minutes or until turkey is cooked and veggies are gently cooked. Transfer to medium sized bowl and add tzatziki and dill on top. Sea Salt and Pepper to taste.
