Body & Nutrition Testing
The nutrition tests I implement include hormonal testing using the Dutch Test from Precision Analytics – the #1 hormonal health test nationwide for the last three years, the OATS (Organic Acids Test) to assess mitochondrial function, HPA-Axis function, bacterial markers (SIBO) and candida or yeast markers (SIFO), as well as metal toxicity tests and more. These tests are complimented with Ayurvedic questionnaires and quizzes that assess your body personality-type or your ‘Dosha’, to make a well-rounded profile for you and to create the best integrative plan of action.

Are diagnostic tests included in the program?
Tests are not included, but I can assure you they are worth every effort and investment to take the guesswork out of your healing journey.
How much should I expect to spend on tests?
Nutrition and body testing can run between $125 – $499, but the investment will be worth the knowledge that comes with the suggested tests.
Can you work with my doctor?
Yes. If there are recommendations for lab tests, I can help you order those with your doctor and work through supplementation with medications if necessary.
Will I have to take a bunch of supplements?
I believe supplementation is a last resort and I will only recommend supplementation after testing to see if it’s needed or if you’re dealing with a chronic condition that needs support. I also don’t ‘over’ supplement from the beginning, as I don’t believe the body knows how to process it all. We will begin with 1-3 supplements at a time and adjust if necessary.
How fast can I expect to see results?
It really depends on the goal or condition. It took many months or years for your body to show signs and symptoms, so it may take time to see results. The typical time is 3-9 months, but it can sometimes take up to a year for certain chronic conditions.
