About Natalie Steiner
Clinical & Holistic Nutritionist for Women in Leadership
About Natalie Steiner, MS, CNS, CCWC
What do I do?
I am a Clinical Nutritionist focusing on women’s health, their hormones, and how it relates to chronic conditions and the phases of a woman’s life. I developed The Freya Method – an approach to tapping into the cues of the body and mind, so women can take back control of their busy lives and have better relationships with those around them and themselves.
How do I do it?
I use one part science-based research and diagnostic testing, one part food science, one part intuition and herbal therapies, and one part inner work and mindfulness. I test, I listen, and I educate, so you can feel informed and less ‘frazzled’ finding answers on your own.
Who do I serve?
I work with women in leadership or in high-functioning roles who suffer from chronic illnesses and hormonal imbalances. Typically my clients are looking for functional healing and holistic nutrition to feel their best. Alternatively, I love maximizing the culture of well-being within organizations nationwide, by drawing from my own personal corporate experience and integrative health that is practical, sustainable, and results-oriented.
Who am I?
I am a Board Certified Clinical Nutritionist (BCNS) with a Masters of Science in Human Nutrition and have a lifelong passion for nutrition and healing. Moreover, I am certified in Ayurvedic Holistic Care and as a Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist. I’ve had the honor to work closely with practitioners and labs across the country through my own health and healing journey. I have worked for a major healthcare company as a wellness consultant for organizations’ wellness programs, before deciding to venture into private practice. Most of the corporate wellness work I’ve done has been in the form of educating employees on their own well-being and how to emphasize better health through forums and lectures. As a result, people come to me for help individually – I have never looked back.
What’s my Mission?
My mission is to empathize and educate, to never judge – and in the process – transform your health, your life and your relationship with your body.
On a personal note,
I am a born and bred New Yorker, and after healing on my own health journey, I decided to transform people’s lives through health and nutrition education. As a human being, I am a creative, an observer, and have a dry sense of humor and wit. I love beauty, fashion, and design and pairing all that with a little moon magic and nerdy science. Lastly, I have a little Maltese, Disco, who is exactly what he sounds like and basically is the boss around here.
